Review summary

It was a low budget ship. lights/treadmills and elevator was out of service on the whole trip. What a shame.

some dishes were too salty/the menus were just okay. found only one dish and dessert i loved.

the best entertainment was the musicians (piano and guitar guys) the djs were just okay. kept playing the same songs over and over again.

Some were friendly, some forgot about us. the only person who went above & beyond was our maid.

I had to complain about the bathroom in the fitness center. someone blew up the bathroom and it was DISGUSTING!

The beach was good but Norwegian's ticket program was a disaster. we had to wake up at 7am to wait in line for a ticket to go to the island. We were group #6. When group 1 was called, i saw people who had group 6 and 25 board the boats to get on the island. The staff didn't even check their ticket numbers.. whats the point of doing the ticket program? what a waste of time. Plus, there was a lot of construction going on the island. so weird.

We went to the Blue lagoon island beach break. It is not really a beach. just a pond with lots of rocks. what a disappointment for $60.
