great cruise line

ship is very modern, clean and staff is very good

Pros: very clean; friendly staff; good accommodations

Cons: not enough seating; hard to get a restaurant reservation; had to make them at 7am and still didn't get restaurant we wanted

Recommends Norwegian Gem? Yes!

not enough for teens to do; had 2 with me on the ship and they didn't know where to meet people; the teen club was overcrowded and understaffed
