Very good cruise but only downfall for smokers no covered place to smoke had a full day of rain and had to smoke outside no cover casino closed not the best for smokers disappointed in the way they treat people that smoke like crap

Ship was impressive. Lots to do and something for everybody. Any problems were addressed in a timely manner. Some staff members seemed unfriendly and u happy but most were very friendly and approachable. The show's were impressive. I really enjoyed them.

What a great ship to cruise on, I believe the best and most friendliest staff are on this ship. There is always some kind of entertainment activity going on so if your are board it's because you did not consult your daily activities schedule. The ship is always being cleaned and when you disembark at a port the outside of the ship looks like new. They really work hard to earn your business. So if your want a great cruise look for a week on the Escape.

Solo lounge was great. Love that there is a crew member assigned to assist us.

I had a wonderful relaxing time aboard the ship. A ton of things to do and you can't do them all. I met a lot of wonderful people and had a really great time. Can't wait to go back!

We liked being on the islands but did not the ship. This cruise was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. I feel like it was a waste of money. If I had it to do all over again I would not have went.

This ship is hugeee, and it’s also new and in great shape. Everything looks clean. I was in an inside cabin, it was great. The food was amazing all day long. Theirs activities to do at all times during the ship. I liked the Escape very much, if theirs one thing I could change on it would be the pool, it’s way too small for so many ppl. The staff and hosts were amazing. I would def recommend this ship. Oh and also, way too many elderly, we need to do something about this😭

Overall, a great cruise. Great crew. If you are at the level (Platinum or above) and you can take the ship's tour - take it! Great tour. Fascinating!

We have all been on excellent cruises and some not so great. This one was the worst.

It was ok I have done many cruises with different companies and this was my least favorite I still enjoyed myself but it is my bottom cruise. Food was tasteless and it appears the good food was in the 7 paid restaurants which I could not get a reservation in the 1 I was willing to go. Also entertainment was difficult to follow and some of the things were at the same time. Many more things were off on this cruise not sure if it was because they were leaving this port to go to Miami and the crew was going to have 3 days free on the ship maybe they started their break early.

Too many issues and surprises. Always at guest services Water stops running to shower Not friendly just nice Never delivered my bottle to the room, now waiting for refund. Must pay for most activities on board Over crowded pool, hot tubs and restaurants

Worst experience every. We will not be cruising for a long while after this experience. The ship was very rocky the entire time it was moving felt like I was drunk. Cause my crew too be sick most of the time the medication did not help. The food was not good. We were all having stomach pains and bathroom issues due to the food. Activities weren't grate. Only good thing was house keeping and the casino

We had so much fun on this cruise. The ship was beautiful, staff was very welcoming and took care of our every need. There was always something fun going on. An all around great experience!

What so ever I enjoy my cruise but the ship was two crowded. It was hard to find a table at the buffet during rush hours. The service in the MDR was extremely slow. The crew was perfect and detail oriented.

I had a really great cruise. I have been on this ship before and knew what to expect as far as all the walking you woukd have to do. I recommend NCL as I feel you get the service you deserve

I loved this ship and I was really impressed by how Norwegian catered to solo cruisers. I would definitely recommend this ship and NCL.

Too many people, too loud,service was slow. The mini bus excursion was disappointing in that seats were crowded together however we took the complimentary ferry back from St George and that was great.
