Overall, a great cruise. Great crew. If you are at the level (Platinum or above) and you can take the ship's tour - take it! Great tour. Fascinating!

Embarkation

Bad. We were supposed to have priority embarkation and did not. Plus the computers went down during embarkation making it even longer.

Food and Dining

Bayamo and Cagneys were excellent. Teppanyaki and LaCacina was fair. Main Dining room was good.

Onboard Activities

Lido deck was very crowded and hard to find a lounge chair. Game shows were great.

Entertainment

Comedians were good. Choir of Man was excellent.

No children.

Service and Staff

Our room steward was great as well as the waiters, waitresses and ship personnel in general. They are a very friendly crew and hard working.

Ship Quality

I loved having only two elevators - Forward or Aft. A great map was located at each bank of elevators so you could always figure out where you were.

It was an excellent room. Huge bathroom for a cruise ship. Two people can be in the bathroom at the same time.

It is a big ship but a great ship.
