Out of a dozen or more cruises this is the worst experience we have ever had.

Poor at best , stood in a line around the building for over 1hr to get to check in only to find out we need to take pictures and do redundant paperwork that we had already completed on the web site

The Buffet was as good or better than any we have ever been to very fresh , tasty & great selection, the main dining rooms seemed to be staffed with a crew in training it took over 1-1/ hrs to get through the meals . Had to cut our meal short and skip desert the last night so we could keep our reservation for the show . Never went back to dining rooms.

very small stage & seating ?? have never seen a stage this small // had to make reservations for the shows ??? missed the good shows because they were booked
crew said it would be to windy and not safe to tender into the island so they slowed the ship down & sailed by , not to mention 2 other ships were already there ??? makes you wonder why they would over book these ports ?? I call BS on missing 2 ports on one cruise
absolute kayos , have never seen anything like this they had given guests credit for missing the last port & would not let them off the ship without going to the service desk and clearing the credit from their account. absolute pandemonium the worst customer service I have ever seen. And I assure you many people missed their flights over this.
I don't know how many time this reviewer has cruised before, this person sounds like a first timer. Even before Covid large ships required reservations of certain shows and restaurants. You are not supposed to occupy a pool chair and leave for 45 min., other passengers complain about it in every other review. Ports can be canceled or changed and wind is a good reason for a cancelation of a tender port.
Sooooooo glad I sailed on Bliss when I did. They were more crew than passengers. Twice I was the only one in a restaurant. Had the pool and jacuzzi all to myself, even the thermal pool. That'll never happen again.
