Gale winds prevented the use of tenders (couldn't visit since norwegian can't dock at their island )

I’ve been on this same itinerary and very much enjoyed it. Not NCL’s fault you chose not to do an excursion and had nothing to do at one port, nor can they do much when weather prevents tendering.
