No fault of the cruise line but I wouldn’t cruise out of New York in winter again, felt like we lost too many warm days.

Food and drink was great across the ship. Especially loved Teppanyaki! Service at restaurants was wonderful.

Kids loved the ropes, basketball course, arcade (too pricey), mini golf, ping pong and water slides.

Room steward was so friendly and helpful. Service in the dining room was great. Staff went out of their way to keep us happy and smiling.

Ship was spotless. Staff was constantly cleaning; walls, railings, common areas, etc.
The layout was fine, just crowded on day 1 when rooms werent ready and it was cold in NY.

If you have kids, consider the arcade package. The cost per game is up to $2. Adds up quick over 7 days!
The port was not clearly marked from parking to get to check in. Got off elevator and staff directed us outside to check bags. Was crowded and unorganized.
Could you purchase the arcade package on board? Thinking of waiting to see what NYC weather is like before committing to the package. Also, can you buy one package and share among more than 1 kid?
