Review summary

loved the ports. cruise ship was horrible. Service from staff horrible. same food every day in the buffet. ate in the taste restaurant, had to ask for orange juice 3 times till I finally got it.had 3 different room cards, never they opened my door. went to guest service, they said they fixed it,but that was a lie. Royal Caribbean is top notch,you should take some lessons!

all they cared about was washy washy! people not friendly,No towel animals on my bed,nothing. Will never cruise with Norwegian again.

We’ll be two weeks on the Escape in Jan so I can’t speak to it personally but have been on the Gem once and Breakaway twice where on both ships the food was close to excellent including the buffet which-yes-had some items the same every day but a LOT of variety. And days (again buffet) where themed specialties were available like German, Italian all very good.

We were on the Escape in August and had the opposite experience. Service was excellent,we had a problem with the tv and they sent somebody to take care of it in less than 10 minutes at 11 pm no less. We got plenty of good mornings as well.

We were on the Escape in August and loved every minute of the cruise. When we had an issue with our cabin door I reported it and it was remedied even asking us if we'd everything was ok. That's why you need to reach out to the officers of each department in addition to those at guest service

My friend and I were on your same cruise.. The service was horrible. Other than our cabin steward I was not impressed.. But I did think the ship was beautiful. We to had issues with our door not locking. We dealt with the rude lady at customer service saying it had been taken care of. Well considering was just got back from being off the ship and open our door right up. Glad we had a safe..

Wow really.... I went on Escape on 3 different occasions and didnt experience any issues at all. Fantastic ship!! In fact I found the buffet on Escape waaaay better and more variety than on Harmony of the Seas!

Lol!!! How backwards is this review? Everyone complains about the ports and loves the ship. Who can explain why some people have such a bad experience while thousands of people on the same cruise have a fabulous time. Go figure.
