Review summary

Overall great cruise. Will do it Again! Lots to do and great food. Drink package was amazing. Highly reccomend it. Top shelf drinks from great bartenders. The service was also Perfect!

Pretty much everything was wonderful on this ship. I have a few things that I would put on a con list that maybe they can work on. This is the opinion of my whole family. 1. The elevators are ridiculously slow and confusing. Everyone was frustrated. I don't know if there is a better way to set this up but you would stand for 10 minutes waiting for the dang thing. We tried to take the stairs as much as possible but sometimes that is too much and my knee started really hurting. 2. The desserts were plentiful but we all felt that 80% of them did not taste good. I mean not even edible. And we are not picky eaters. I have two teen boys and a husband that all love sweets and we would try a dessert that looked amazing and be so disappointed because it didn't even taste like food. The regular food was really good and they always had ice cream cones. My teens loved those. We ate tons of amazing food so I'm not complaining. Besides those 2 little things, Everything else about the cruise was wonderful and we will do another Norwegian. They let us stay on the ship an extra 5 days for free to avoid hurricane Irma and took us to Mexico for 3 days. It's was quite an experience but I always felt safe!

The room was comfortable and clean. Layout is great. We loved the balcony!

Ship tip

Bring something like a lanyard to carry your room card with you because you need it wherever you go. Embark early, less lines and get on ship sooner! Don't go in September. Hurricanes!!
