Thermal Suite! Thermal Suite! Thermal Suite! It was my favorite part of the trip! Loved the Food Republic experience, and the lasagna and osso bucco at La Cucina were divine! The water slides were a ton of fun. Howl At the Moon dueling pianos were very entertaining. The internet service was AWFUL. The Dolphin Encounter and the pool cabana in Belize were fantastic. Our room steward, Suzanne, was top notch! Thanks for a great trip, Norwegian!

Norwegian Attendant was visible once we arrived to baggage claim. Transfer from the airport was right on time, quick & easy. A bit of a line when we arrived to port, but it moved rather quickly.

Started our days in the Garden Cafe, followed by time spent in the Thermal Suite. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the Thermal Suite was extremely relaxing. I'd love to have one of those heated loungers of my own!!! The jets in the pools did wonders for our aches & pains. Dinner in The Manhattan Room was nothing to rave about, but the Food Republic was an AWESOME experience!!! And, we could not have had more fun at Headliners for the Comedy Show & Howl At The Moon. Husband said the lasagna at La Cucina was the best he's ever had. The water slides were SUPER FUN!!!!

Enjoyed For The Record / The Brat Pack!! Howl At The Moon was AWESOME!!!!!!! Those dueling pianos get the crowd involved, and everyone has a great time! Rodney Laney (unsure of last name) was so funny at Headliners!

The ship was spotless. Did not enjoy the smoke in the Casino, but don't know what you'd do to fix the problem. And, guest services was always nuts, because of all the activities in the Atrium. We enjoyed those activities, but wish guest services was located elsewhere, so you didn't have to scream at each other to have a conversation to get your question answered. I was quite disappointed with the internet service we had to pay for. It either wasn't working or it would burn through the so called 250 minutes in less than an hour. My husband had to go to internet services several times throughout the cruise, and for this reason, I doubt I'll cruise again. In these days & times, people expect to be able to communicate at the drop of a hat, go online anytime and be able to communicate with family/friends back home. The IConcierge phone app is not the greatest for communicating with each other on the ship and needs some improvement.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was perfect for my husband and I. Had plenty of room, plenty of storage, was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony. Bathroom was plenty big enough for us with plenty of shelving. The usb ports beside each bedside came in handy. We were glad we ordered bottled water to be delivered to the room, and the birthday decorations Suzanne did for my brother-in-law's room were perfect!
Ship tip
Arrive to the Thermal Suite at 8am to enjoy a perfect relaxing morning. When eating in The Garden Cafe, go to the back of the ship to get your food & find a table. It's less congested in the back.
The port was the typical souvenir shopping experience. Wanted to have lunch onshore at the port, but couldn't find any food. The Dolphin Encounter was EXCELLENT!!! We enjoyed it so much!!! I had wanted to do that for 10+ years, and it was exactly what I wanted. We were able to spend some time with the dolphin up close and personal. We were able to pet him, have our pictures made, and watch him do some tricks right in front of us.
We enjoyed a pool cabana all day. It was lovely. Being able to order food & drink to be delivered to the cabana was perfect! The pool was just the right size for everyone to enjoy. Would have loved to enjoy a drink at the swim up bar, but it was congested, so we skipped it. The beach and the bathrooms were clean. Could have spent another few days here, and would have enjoyed having the extra time to kayak around the lagoon and the mangroves.
The line getting off the boat was what we expected, but once off the ship, the lines getting into customs were not organized. The transfer to the airport was awful. We were the first on a huge bus and were forced to wait for the entire bus to fill before they would leave for the airport. It was hot, and everyone was quite irritated. We were told the bus would drop us off at the car rental area, however the driver refused to do so. After driving past the car rental area, she dropped us off under the airport, and we had to walk a VERY LONG way to get back to the car rental area. Many people were complaining, and the bus driver and the staff who met the bus were getting flustered with the situation. I wish we had just taken a cab. It would have been so much quicker, a better ride and less trouble.
