Our cruise was cut short due to Hurricane Irma. This was no fault of NCL and they handled the entire situation very professionally and were empathetic with what the passengers were facing. We had 100% confidence that they would keep everyone safe. We chose to disembark on Thursday in Miami, but I know if we had stayed they would have continued to make it a great cruise.

We always start out with a strawberry margarita. I have to say it didn't taste like anything, disappointing. However after that the food and beverages we had were great, whether from the buffet, main dining room or specialty restaurant.

Friendly, outgoing, always checking to see how they could help you, or what you needed. Room steward Janice was efficient and Julie Ann at Savor/Taste was so cheerful every morning. All the crew was top notch
