Overall an excellent ship's crew. Felt welcomed wherever we were, especially when we dined. Island experiences could have been improved. Far too hot at end of July and in early August to ride in open air buses for tours. Suggest better tour descriptions or ship needs to find other tour vendors

All were great. Need to have all the same cocktails at every bar and restaurant. Could not have sangria at two restaurants and finally discovered where to get it. Same menu is fine, but specials in haven dining would be improvement

Pool at the haven and sun deck were peaceful. Found many areas far too noisy and active. Spa was excellent

Loved the juggler,company men. Midnight review and brat pack had its moments when you could understand what cast members were singing

Outstanding cabin staff: Andrian and Oliver. Concierge Nimfa and Leah superb. Haven dining Maria, Jefferson, Mily and Roemel did everything perfectly. Warmth exuded everywhere. Felt like family. Lactose intolerant. So, all were willing and able to adapt and offer suggestions. You could do nothing wrong!

Spoiled! Will book that same cabin category again. Maybe a bit higher up. Will never settle for less
Ok port. Far too many things to see in so short a time. People helpful with directions. Discover Nassau tour spent only 25 minutes at Atlantis. We spent 35 at a fort and flea market! You could not walk through the building and see anything in that time at this resort. Disappointed ! Take a taxi to Atlantis yourself and skip the island tour
Took a bit of time to locate luggage; Miami port doesn't have global entry, a bit slow leaving. Find a porter who can assist and it is much easier. Ship's crew great in getting us out
