Review summary

Escape has very nice cabins with improved storage.  Ship is beautiful, clean, efficient and well staffed.  Different from other cruise lines, you are not guaranteed a show before or after dinner.  There are several entertainment offerings each night, but you may still be shut out, leaving options of roaming around the ship with places to pop in and out.  One 9pm show we attended had standing room only, which was not expected or desired.  The two shows we attended we excellent.  Food and wine selections are fine and have plentiful choices.  Lots of places to sun  and in different locations so that you can be in the noise and action or in a quiet spot.  Very nice cruise.

Not much to do and see here if you don't go on an excursion. Good day to do a spa treatment.

I booked a couple of shows online before the cruise. The rest I booked through the TV in the cabin. It only took about 10 to 15 minutes and I ended up with a show every night except the last night. There were some nights where I had both a comedy show and a theatre show. Most shows were still available to book the day of the show.

The shows at night are guaranteed for those who book in advance. Several are available online before departure and the rest are available to book once on the ship. If you do not reserve seating ahead of time you'll be put on the wait list upon arrival. They can't possibly fit every passenger into one theater. Prepare ahead of time for a more enjoyable experience
