Review summary

The entertainment and waterpark was really geared to younger people. All chairs on the pool decks were unavailable because towels were left on chairs to reserve even though no one was there.

The food was excellent in all resturants. The staff was friendly.

Too many people on this huge boat. I would prefer a smaller boat, less people.

We had a balcony room and it was very nicely appointed.

The deck seating was my biggest disappointment. I learned on our first sea day to grab a deck chair early or you won't get one. On the second sea day I went up early and saved two chairs before breakfast. When we went back the chair police confiscated our belongings. You can leave a chair unattended for one hour before they remove your stuff. They put blue stickers on the chairs with the time written down to keep track of your hour. The pool decks are way over crowded and there is not enough space to accommodate everyone who wants to sit out on sea days.

We saw a senior staff member collect towels and ask if they seen people lately in these chairs. Your right a lot were saved and never saw them. Especially children who spent day in splash pad. Agree that's my only down fall and thought next trip a cruise more geared for adults with less sports-plex and hopefully then have more room for chairs!!

if you complain loud enough the deck attendants will move the stuff

Kbshiloh, that's what I do. If they people come back to claim their chair, I just get up and move to the next "reserved " chair
