Review summary

New ship . Don't care about you . Poor customer service . Charge for everything . Free restaurant very slow . Food better at the buffet unless you pay for the food options that are not free . They should pay attention to the staff they have .

Yep nickel and dime'd to death on this cruise. They even started charging for surf and Turf $29 In Taste, Savor and Manhattan room so these are no longer fully complimentary. I had a specialty package and was told when I went to check in to Baymos that even though I had a specialty food package I would need to pay an additional $15 pp if We were to dine there. Can you say bait and switch

There is a charge to your cabin not on the pool decks and whatnot. As well as casinos and more. Your can use the Norwegian iconcerage app for this.

Only if you order an omelet, etc. If you get the continental breakfast its free. We did it last week. Form tells you what charge is for.

Obviously specialty dining food is going to be better than main dining. Thats why it's special and extra. Do you expect the buffet food to be as good as the steakhouse?? NCL does not charge for everything. Infact, they are the only cruise line that has been giving away your choice of free packages including free ultimate beverage packages for at least 2 years now. I thought their customer service was awesome. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I loved our room steward. Did you ever smile or act pleasantly towards the staff?? Maybe that's why. If you couldn't enjoy your cruise maybe cruising isn't for you.

Weirded, I have been on this boat and my experience was the other way around, The Escape had great customer services and the they don't charge for everything???? 66% of there restaurants are free. Plus the Buffet. Free delivery services, if your order food from your phone. NCL I think is great
