Review summary

Amenities were good but extremely difficult to make a reservation for specialty restaurants. Staff was not very friendly and seemed like they weren't sure what to do. Slides were pretty good. Overall dissapointing

Yes, everyone knows to make your reservations on myncl.com 90 in advance. Gotta do your research and planning ahead of time. Staff were all super friendly to us. If you smile and are nice to them they will be nice as well.. Food was so good and we had a great time.

Book the specialty restaurants ahead of time online. We learned that tip after our first cruise...but the regular restaurants are pretty good too, so even if you miss out on a specialty restaurant...you're still getting a decent meal regardless.

Everyone says Sky is much better , but i wouldn't know how that would work out... its my wife and i First time cruising through the Caribbean.. That suck that you didnt quite enjoy yourself ... best of luck for next time !!
