Review summary
The only positive thing about this cruise was that the ship was brand new and free style dinning. Service was horrible.. just awful.. Very unprofessional and rude staff. They should change their staff completely. Was charged several times for purchases. This was the first cruise ever for me and the experience was bad. Do not recommend for anyone!!

I was on the exact same sailing and I would also have to disagree!! I the services was sometimes over the top and annoying in a good way!!! I was always asked how was the services and if we needed anything!! I never sat and waited for a server we always went to the bar and they are the best at sea! I have cruised 17 times and if you think this was bad service then you can only down hill from here! Carnival is my favorite but you get what you pay for and service is slow. I think Escape did an awesome job and spreading you out on this ship!!
