We were able to upgrade to a balcony room on deck 12 room 12136. I had no complaints it was perfect for the 2 of us. We woke early to watch the sun rise on the balcony many morning.

Size was great, bathroom was wonderful, bed was awful, hard as a rock. NOT 1 towel animal our entire cruise. Very disappointing

The bed was up against the wall where the window was so you had to climb on the bed to look out the window. Other than the bed, there was only a small stool to sit on. there was a lot of storage.
