Very Noisy Aft Balocny Cabin on 15th Deck.

Review summary

To get the best cruise experience, we upgraded to the more expensive AFT Balcony Cabin on the 15th Deck . To our surprize, the noise from the Cafe directly above was significant. The cause is a design flaw itself.  Most of the Cafe has carpet, but directly above this room there was no carpet so every movement of the heavy Chairs would carry directly below.  To the credit of NCL, once we brought this to their attention, they corrected it within 2 days by moving us to a lower like-cabin--I applaud NCL for their effort, but it does not replace the 2 days we ensured.
