Review summary

unfriendly upper staff atmosphere, More uncomplimentary activities than complementary and even if you get sick of your complementary food options, the uncomplimentary options are booked. Unless your a power drinker, nothing at all to do. I could not wait to get off this ship, i was going stir crazy from day two. The ship is a floating infomercial.

A very negative experience, very disappointed and very pissed off that i paid a hefty fee for all of it.

My favorite was the Brat Pack in the Supper Club. We had the 7 day dining package but still had to pay an extra $15 each. If you don't have the dining package I think its $30 each. Show was fantastic but the food was not. Everyone got the same dinner.

Tenors of Rock and Million Dollar Quartet. Were my favorite free shows. The "Brat Pack" was the one of the best shows I've seen on a cruise ship period. You will have to pay for that one though.

I feel like this ship can be so much more with the correct staffing and communication to guests. I mean on the last night there were no customs forms in the room and they usually leave the TV on for debarkation instructions. None of this was done I had to get them from guest services. I thought that was the norm for any cruise line.

If you want my good and bad about the ship I will give it. No ship is perfect. I rate my ships by what I feel are my top 3 must be goods. Sorry to say this one did not satisfy my top 3. Maybe 2 but definitely not 3. that's why I read only the reviews that comment on good and bad weeds out the ones that have to complain about everything.

Ive learned to listen to the revues that have good and bad and just ignore the ones that mostly complain. I also ignore the ones that have to complain about the complainers. They are just wasting my time even more.

I would not pay too much mind to horrible reviews like these. Like the comment above says, a vacation is what you make it. Too many people go into it looking for something to complain about and come back dissatisfied. Book your specialty restaurants early, and just enjoy the cruise. Don't over analyze everything and you should have a great time!!

such a bunch of whining people....look you are on a vacation ...enjoy it...I get a kick out of all the people who go looking for stuff to complain about trust me when I go on a cruise I'm not to waist my time and money to look for stuff to complain about....alot of u say how bad inaugural cruises are...hello then why are you going on them then.....some of the stuff people complain about cracks me up cause can only imagine how mostly all those people live when at home ....

tell me that after you go to osheehans and get a order of chicken wings and when they arrive 25 minutes later they look like they smashed with a hammer every wing was broken and nasty hope you have better results than everyone on the 11/14/15 cruise

Ok I have to add my 2 cents worth here because I just don't get it or have lower expectations that others. I do not even remotely comprehend how you or anyone could have a miserable time cruising, regardless of the poor entertainment, food, or anything else. My wife and I have been on some that have been lack luster with respect to entertainment, food questionable in temp, flavor, etc but at the end of the day YOUR ON VACATION! If you want to find fault in things you will likely find them wherever you go but you need to just sit back and enjoy life.

We are not big drinkers, nor do we care for the people soup in the pools and such but at the end of the day, we paid to be here like everyone else, I am going to get my frozen Miami Vice and plunk my Canadian rearend in the pool. Why, because I work 48 weeks of the year to enjoy these stolen moments.

What I say to you, is relax and enjoy life. If you felt you spent a pot load of money on the cruise, perhaps you should have evaluated the price prior to going.

Life, not just cruises, are what you make it. In fact life is short, why not enjoy the ride?

couldn't agree more the new CEO Del Rio is nickel and diming everything to s*** the entertainment on the ship was an absolute joke if if they weren't sick they were drunk nevermind I've been on a seven day cruise and absolutely had nothing to do ever all the bars were understaffed or closed one day at sea the upper sundeck bar wasn't even opened
