Review summary

Overall experience was horrible. We did not go to Grand Stirrup Island as expected. The stateroom rize and beds were horrible. Overall crowded restaurants. Very disappointed with the overall experience. I would like a full refund for the trip as my family and I did not enjoy the cruise.

very small and cramped! Toilet area and shower not comfortable and small. Beds were too small, our feet were hanging out of the bed. Stateroom space was not accommodating for 3 guests.

Sorry you were not pleased. We have been on the Epic twice and enjoyed it. We did like it better in Europe with interesting ports.

Sorry you were disappointed with your cruise.

The Epic is an awful ship and it sounds like nothing ever changes with it, except the rust spots grow and they patch more holes in the cabins with electrical tape. I hear what you’re saying - I’d still like a refund for when we went on it years ago. All we could do is cancel future cruises we had booked with NCL and bail on them. Never looked back, except to read the odd review. It’s like not being able to look away from a car wreck.

I've done many cruises, almost 40, cabins are almost the same on most ships, they are small, the smaller they are the more cabins they can put on a ship, the more money the companies make, your cases will fit under the bed, giving a little more space, we are very rarely in it except to bathe, shower & sleeping, I don't know if you have done any previous cruises, if you want more space, I'd suggest booking a suite.

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise. Cruise ship cabins/bathrooms are typically small. If you need a larger space book the Haven or take a land based vacation. Specialty restaurant reservations on Ncl open up 120 days prior to sailing, you should have been able to get something. Don’t hold your breath for that refund.
