Review summary

IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ADD ANY STARS LOWER THAN 3! IT KEEPS CHANGING MY RESPONSES! NOT EVEN 1 STAR IS LOW ENOUGH OF A REVIEW FOR THIS SHIP!!! This ship is a complete disaster! I've never experienced such horrible food and low staff-to-passenger ratio. The most horrific thing that happened was the spraying of roach spray that made multiple people sick. The saddest part was being trapped in the spray because the elevators weren't opening and I had to run for help because of this lady in a wheelchair screaming for help stating that she had asthma and couldn't breathe! A young child had an unknown rash appear on her arms, I haven't been able to talk since I smelled the spray the first night and I have a bite on my back from an unknown source. I never got off of the ship, so there was no other sources to blame other than the ship itself.

I found this ship different but nice. Despite other reviews, food was good ratio crew to guest good and service above normal. Some people are wanting something for nothing and hopefully a bad review will get them a freebie We have suffered a disaster that left our home destroyed yet we are grateful for this cruise

There are so many different reviews some good some bad, will be on her on Nov 23rd this year. I do my best to make a cruise great because we are lucky enough to be able to go on one where many people don't get that luxury.

There have been so many bad reviews about the Epic in the past year, I'm not sure why anyone would book it! As far as NCL as a whole, we sail them frequently and have had no issues on their other ships. I don't know why people say no more NCL period when they have only been on one ship. Just like every cruiseline, they have their lemons! Better luck next time, please pay attention to the reviews, most are accurate!

Totally believable. Our last cruise on the Epic years ago convinced us to cancel two upcoming cruises with NCL and never sail on any NCL ship again. It was an utter abomination then and sounds even worse now.

I'm so laid back and I've been on many Cruise lines, even as far back as the Dolphone Cruise Line. My review is true and accurate. I do not understand why the app is trying to downplay negative reviews. For compensation kick-backs perhaps?

We were on the Epic earlier this summer and it was the worst cruise experience we have ever had. The poor crew members were over worked and way under staffed. Long waits and lines for drinks. I dont recommend this ship until NCL fixes these issues.

We were on the same sailing. Don't know about the spray, but many of the other complaints are valid. Lines were ridiculous, food very underwhelming, and too many people for the staff to handle.
