YK - our New Years cruise on the Epic out of San Juan was a debacle. This review is being kind. It was our 26th cruise and by far the worst for us - to the point we took our business away from NCL. You can read my other posts if you want details, but we could not lower our standards enough to fit in with the mess that was our cruise.

I don't know why your were that disappointed with your cruise, maybe lower your VIP expectations and things will look better.

Sounds like you were determined to have a bad time. I find it hard to believe there was nothing good on the cruise.
