Review summary

This cruise was incredible. Very relaxing. There was never a line for elevators, at restaurants, or getting a pool deck chair. The food was amazing. Much better than the last two cruises I've been on. People were relaxed and friendly. No one was in a rush. Really enjoyed the downtime and the weather was perfect.

no issue getting a chair to sunbathe. Very relaxed. Cocktail servers were attentive. Casino crowd was good and friendly.

Epic layout is a bit odd but easy to navigate and enjoyable.

first time inside cabin. It had plenty of room storage and comfort.

Ship tip

If you have issues with smoke not the ship for you. Casino on level 6 is smoking. Have to walk through it to get to restaurants, theatre.

I sailed on the Epic once. We broke down at sea. Limped to San Juan ( not on the itinerary) for repairs. Proceeded to take out the pier and sat for a day and a half. They gave us a 100% credit for a future cruise. We tried to use it this year and they figured out a way to deny us. NCL = worst customer service ever. Sure, the people answering the phones are great. But try to get past them and get something resolved? Good luck.
