Review summary

The staff is young and inexperienced very slow they’re not sure what to do was not to pleased with service but in time they should get better. We will be back on her in September 2020 from Rome that will be deciding factor

Unfortunately with the Encore now in service and all the staff that left for that ship the staff was inexperienced we ordered room service for breakfast never received it on Monday morning the room steward was given a list of requests like please ice down our champagne, replace broken chair on balcony, order us a 6 pack of diet soda for mini bar came back mini bar cleared out told us to call rm service for soda and tomorrow he would ice down champagne and replace chair, so called housekeeping had supervisor come to room fixed issues and kept checking all trip

This is the only ship NCL built in a European style the room has a curve to it making it hard to get by bed and vanity also hand sink is in stateroom not bathroom also separate water closet and shower
