Review summary

Epic for the stout of heart. Dining is in a decline

Embarkation

1 out of 5
Left from Port Canaveral Nightmare outside and worse inside no provision for handicap Ticket plainly marked for wheelchair assistance. By the time I finally got to the checkin I was in tears. Luckily I’m platinum so I had a very short line. They sat me down and had to go find a wheelchair because my scooter was in my room. Scooters are not available at checkin. UNACCEPTABLE

Disembarkation

Disembarkation was a continuation of embarkation. Luckily now I have my scooter. Was told three different assembly points for transfer to wheel chair. Went to the last one I was told and waited. And waited and waited along with two other individuals. Finally just gave up and took the scooter off ship dragging my luggage behind. Special needs at sea probably not to happy as I parked it in the bus yard.
