We are business owners, so used this Transatlantic cruise to rest and recuperate...and intentionally did not take any excursions. Had the ship to ourselves on port days!

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The Epic Club dining room and bar (for Haven guests only) was excellent. We did dine at most of the specialty restaurants as well. Even with the concierge setting up reservations, there was a wait. The food and service was not even close to that of the Epic Club.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
The Haven has its own wonderful pool, sundeck and fitness center (including spa treatment rooms, sauna and steam room), but the best part was having access to the Posh Beach Club (used it every day).
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The regular shows and the art auctions were fun, but the LIVE music in the bars was EXCELLENT.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Of course, being in the Haven, one expects excellent service...but the reality is that it was OVER THE TOP service.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The Epic is "large" but the layout seemed to make sense and was easy to navigate. We were delighted to see it clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
It was forward-facing. The balcony was enclosed (called Priva-sea). It served as a great extension of the suite, but if it had been open, it would have not been usable on cold days (HALF of the days were cold (55-60 degrees) days on the Transatlantic cruise).
Ship tip
Leave enough time to get places. The elevators are ALWAYS busy. FYI: the Haven room card ALSO serves as a "priority service" card for the elevators...but it ONLY works if the elevator is empty (and it rarely was...)
Big ship, lots of people, lots of busses. Even with "priority" disembarkation it was difficult. We waited in line for THREE different busses before actually getting on one.
