Review summary
We got notification that our ship was having trouble and we were only going on a 5 day cruise and only going to Nassau and Great Stirrup Caye, although they were beautiful and we had a great time, we were disappointed that we didn’t get to the ports we had expected! We had all our excursions planned and paid for, so we were looking forward to them, but again tried to make the best of it. I don’t agree that getting 50% off of the cruise and the next cruise is sufficient as far as compensation, we didn’t get to see the on board things (burn the floor and Pricilla Musical due to the time constraints) we were supposed to go to, and had a rental car an extra day and had to find a new hotel for the night we were supposed to board the ship. What a pain, as it was a very difficult task trying to find a hotel for 10 people when nearly every hotel was fully booked!Embarkation

Staff is amazing and great at what they do, however it is EXTREMELY overpriced and they try to push products on you, which are even more expensive!

Ship tip
Even if things don’t go as planned, such as having to board the ship a day late and having a modified schedule, only going to the Bahamas and not going to the other 3 ports, you have 2 choices, either make lemonade out of lemons or have a miserable time because things are not going as planned!
