Overall we met wonderful people and had alot of laughs. Staff were great and attentive. Ship needs some TLC and cabins need to be reconfigured!

Long lines for complimentary dining. Confusion and lack of orgranization in handling a large group of over 100 people entering dining room before those waiting on a very long line!

Lack of music in pool area for those spending time at the pool.

Kudos to the majority of staff who were quite pleasant. A few waiters in O'Sheenans appeared to be tired or did not know how to smile. But then again they do work long hours.
Ship Quality

Overall appeared worn. Third time on this ship forgot how horrible the balcony rooms are. Lack of space and redesign of rooms badly needed. Only one person at time can get ready for the day.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cleanliness was excellent due to our Steward. Size prohibits functionality and privacy.
Ship tip
If you don't care about the size of cabin its okay. Overall staff are great and pleasant. Ports of call were excellent
Docked too far away from Grand Cayman proper. We were flagged not to dock there although two carnival ships were docked there. We had to tender and then take transportation for an approximate 20 minutes. No free shuttle buses were provided.
