Do NOT recommend this ship or cruise line!!! Read my comments about ridiculous lines we had to wait in to make reservations! Oh, and not enough tables in the Garden cafe to accommodate such a large amount of passengers!!! Wait staff in there just wander around and not quick to clean tables nor very helpful in obtaining drinks for patrons!!!!!

Terrible! The worst! Although we had an assigned time to checkin, we had to wait in line OUTSIDE in the Florida sun around 1 1/2 hours!! We were told that the previous cruise was a chartered trip with Rock an Roll bands, and they really messed up the ship and we’re slow getting their equipment off the ship, so we had to wait for them to clear the ship!!!! Absolutely, no apologies or compensation was offered to us for NCLs lack of planning and lack of regard for our time and inconvenience!!!!!

Food was good! However, freestyle dining on this mega ship not so much! You had to make reservations in order to be seated promptly or else wait in line for another 45 mins or more! The reservation line for all the onboard restaurants was another 45 mins to 1 hour long!!! Could NOT make your own reservations on cabin interactive TV!!! Either had to call customer relations ( and be on hold for 30 or more minutes, or stand in line at reservation desk!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!

Room steward not very personable or deligent. Some days he would leave only one hand towel/bath towel for 2 people, and several days dirty glasses seemed to be replaced, but we found lipstick on the rim of the glasses!!!!

Very small! Didn’t like bathroom being open (frosted glass) with a curtain separating from rest of cabin!!! If you’re in toilet or shower and cabin door is opened, you can see the person silhouette!!!!!
Quicker getting off than getting on! However, we were given color tags for our luggage. Once we got in the terminal we searched for our luggage and could NOT find them!!! A port employee told us that some of the green tag luggage was mixed in the brown tag luggage?$@! WHY????? Isn’t the purpose of the color tag is to expedite finding your luggage?????
I have been on the Epic 3 times, never had above problems. You need to plan better and chill....you are on vacation! So sorry so sad you did not have a wonderful time.
