NEVER will I sail on the Epic again. It was filthy and the food at the beginning was mediocre at best. Once we found Taste and started going there it was somewhat better. Even the specialty restaurants weren’t all that for the most part.

I think I’ve said everything there is for me to say in the above comments, this was the very worst cruise we have been on, member services “manager” was like “who care” with his attitude. I forget his name but he’s from the Netherlands.

Since the “HOLY” ship cruise was just debarking our ship we had to wait for a lifetime before we could even start the embarkation process.

Our room didn’t get turned down half the time and we had to chase him down to get towels and ice at night, the last night we didn’t even bother.

Common areas were filthy, our room was less than clean. I hear horror stories from other guess, closets off doors, standing water in shower and sink. We couldn’t get cold water in our sink. Our balcony was the best part of our room.
