Review summary

I am sorry over all we were disappointed. I ask for a double and was assured we would get one and we did not. We got two single and they keep coming apart. We had to chase our bath towels several times as they left us none. Three time no ice in the room. The food over all was not that great. A lot of the time it was cold. Really blan and a lot of the same over and over again. WE did eat in one of the dining rooms and that was good. We booket and excavation in Naples the pompeii and was told it was a 8 hours excavation and it was not. 3 hours at the sight. 45 minutes at a pearl shop not mention in the add. and 35 minute there and back. They said cost would be 119.00 and they charged us 270.00.

we book a pompeii excavation. We were told it was 8 hours , and it was only 3 of site stop over at a factory which had nothing to do with what we were there to see. 35 minutes bus ride both way. We were told the cost 119.00 and they end up charging us 270.00

FYI. A double bed is always two singles pushed together. As for the ice. Maybe next time you should mention to your cabin stewart you want some every day. As for your excursion. Sorry you paid more then expected. Did you go to guest services? Or contact NCL? You should. Hope your next cruise is better.

Wow...an "8 hour excavation. " I would be tired after an hour of digging. 😂

Sorry you did not have a good cruise. For what it's worth, in most cabins, a double is always two singles pushed together. It does take a little getting used to. They don't move whole beds in and out for each cruise. I don't remember getting ice in the room unless we requested on any if our cruises, but I could be not remembering correctly. It's not usually been a priority for us. We've also decided that, for us, the main dining options are always better than the Garden Cafe unless you're in a hurry. With the exception of breakfast before an excursion, we try not to be on a hurry. It's vacation! Sorry your cruise didn't meet your expectations.
