Overall, a great value indeed! Having the "drink package" was perfect as well as the "three specialty" restaurants. For the small amount extra, it was WELL WORTH IT!!!

The service was excellent, as said before, Quimson, at Spice H20 was our favorite bartender as he always remembered our names and favorite cocktails! Our Cabin steward, Bagus, was always attentive to the needs of our cabin which was kept very clean!

The overall comfort was very good. The only critical comment was that the mattresses were too short and frequently my feet hung over the end of the bed. Otherwise, everything was in proper order and all aspects of the cabin worked properly.
Ship tip
The main piece of advice is to have a private car service waiting for the final disembarkation as the taxi line was quite severe! There was one gentleman with an oxygen tank had to wait on this line. A private car would have been pulled up into the commercial bus area and much time would have been saved.
Taking the t train from Civitavecchia was no problem in the least. We got on the "hop on hop off" bus in Rome and took in the major sites! The return trip was quite fast!
Spent the morning in Livorno taking in the sites and getting on a boat ride through their canals. Very interesting history, kind of sad that this port town took major damage in WWII and continues to restore
their classic buildings!
As mentioned above, this experience was horrible! We opted for the easy off route but the elevators were packed and waiting was long. Outside taxi line was to experience hundreds of people waiting.
Again, a car service would have solved this problem!!!!!
