Review summary
Food and staff where excellent as always on ncl. Did not like the layout of the state room. The shuttle bus from port in lanzarote was a rip off and a joke 15 dollars ahead for 2.5 mins on a bus. When we complained we where told it was down to Miami. The same answer for every complaint Miami Miami. So will not be on the epic again because of the state rooms.
