Review summary

The ship  at full capacity is really tough to navigate,  even though the amenities of a big ship are nice, you wait for everything. Also their customer service is corporate  polite and not really friendly.  Also they uncharge the heck out of you!  The buffet while not classy was  impeccable, clean and good food.  The rooms are a bit tired, rugs dingy bed spread drooping etc...

Dingy, old feeing we had heard they got a reboot but i couldn't see it. The hair dryer didn't work, soap dispenser was dingy, just not super nice.. picture a floating Holiday Inn.

Ship tip

Pay close attention to the descriptions of cabin you see on cruise critic etc. Our room was LOUD and when I asked for a switch I was told they were booked to capacity and the guest services guy actually said to me, well didn't you look before you booked to see if to was a quiet room??
