Western Mediterranean Cruise ex Barcelona.

Sail Date: April 07, 2016

Room Type: Balcony

Norwegian compares well to other cruise companies. The Norwegian Epic is well appointed and had a functioning help desk while the itinerary and excursions were most interesting. We were particularly impressed by the food and restaurant dining, the latter consistently gourmet style.

Cabin / Stateroom They always seem small but we had a lounge and were very comfortable.
Ship Quality
Onboard Activities
Entertainment
Better than some.
Service and Staff
Perhaps the gratuities are too high.
Food and Dining
Particularly good; we didn't have a disappointing meal.
Barcelona, Spain If time permits use the hop on off bus.
Cagliari, Sardinia
Palermo, Sicily
Naples, Italy
It's all good.
Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy
Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy
Fabulous Renaissance city.

Tip

Enjoy the cruise - be optimistic and you'll have a great time.
