Review summary

After many weeks of reading bad reviews on the Epic, we were skeptical to start our great adventure. But I am thankful to say we had a great vacation. We ate every night in one of the many venues offered and had good dinners each night, and the same goes for lunch each day. The servers and bartenders were cordial and polite. Yes the buffet for breakfast is crowed and it's hard to find an available table but every cruise we have been on has been like that. The problem is you have a captive audience all getting up around the same time. Our weather was cold so using the outside seating was not an option.

we thought the main shows were excellent, some of the best we have seen on any cruise. I do question the mindset of Priscilla for a main cruise show but with that said, it was done well with excellent costumes, scenery and talent. The dinner show is fantastic (try to sit in the balcony for the best view). Burn The Floor was again well done and very enjoyable.

The ship was immaculate, the ports are enjoyable, except for the rain. But that was not their fault. All other cruises we have been on they have the game shows at night, but for some reason they seem to put them on during the day and in the atrium which is not suited for such things. But that is truly my only problem we had with the cruise.

we had a mini suite and it was comfortable, an unbelievable amount of storage and the bathrooms were not the problem everyone makes them out to be.
