Left Miami, spent 1.5 days at sea, evening in San Juan, days in St. Thomas and Tortola, and 2 more days at sea

We were on the first of the Eastern Caribbean Cruises from Miami on the Encore and loved the ship! The staff and crew was the best of the best - wonderful group of people who did everything they could to make sure we had a great time!

The food, the entertainment, and expense was enough to never cruise NCL again. Will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Wow! Wow ! Wow ! I was on the Inaugural Christening celebration. For starters Kelly Clarkson preformed as she is the godmother of this amazing ship! This sailing and event was amazing! I had to pinch myself to make sure this wasn’t just a dream ! The Encore is everything and more . Food did not disappoint. We ate and tried as many places possible in three nights. You can’t go wrong with any of the dining selections. Get ready to have the type of fun you will talk about for years to come because there is no shortage to what you can do onboard. Go carts , water slides, laser tag, shows, or just relaxing on the many decks and areas. Norwegian knocked it out of the park on this one ! The elegant, modern design is over a 5-star experience. Amenities galore! The design and layout very classy and simple. Private island was beautiful and if you want an adrenaline rush i recommend doing the zip line , if not grab a drink and sit back and relax ! Hands down my favorite vacation and i can’t wait to get back on this ship again ! I’d recommend for all ages and recommend as a must !! Thrill. Chill. Encore ! Thank you Norwegian!

This was my first inaugural cruise, and it was very well done. While I know that the average customer will not receive the level of service/ food and beverage, etc., I felt that NCL did a very good job of showcasing the value, features and experiences that they have improved/ highlighting on this ship. I felt that the entertainment on this ship was by far the crown jewel. They have definitely stepped up their game in this area with the shows and virtual entertainment, and this alone was enough for me to change previous view of their quality, compared to other lines. I can honestly say that this experience helped me to overcome some hesitations that I have had in the past when asked what lines I would compare NCL to, and how I think they compare to other lines. Kudos to NCL for listening to their customers and delivering an experience that will, no doubt, make many memories for years to come.

I had an amazing time on this ship. There are so many options when it comes to activities, entertainment and dining so there is truly something for everyone.

I really enjoyed the cruise. All staff members were wonderful and very respectful.

A beautiful ship with lots of activities for the right client. Not for everyone in my opinion but NCL did a great job with this one.

We enjoyed the various activities to do on board as well as in port. There truly was something for everyone!

We could not have enjoyed our cruise any better - unless we had more time - we ran around making sure we could see and do as much as possible

What can I say, the Norwegian Encore definitely deserves an encore after that cruise! Driving into the Port Of Miami you see her stand out over all the other ships. Once we boarded we were once again amazed. The decor and architecture was next level. The modern look was perfect for this style of ship. The staff was impeccable and extremely attentive. The amount of dining options was amazing! We were only able to try one specialty restaurant, formal dining, and the buffet. The food options, quality, & freshness was all above par and delicious! Just wish we were able to experience all of the restaurants. We did however tour the restaurants during the off times and each place had so much caracter and cool styles we wish we could've eaten at all of them. Such diverse cuisine options for anyone's pallet. The activities were also amazingly fun! The go carts were the best! Racing around a race track in the middle of the ocean was a lifetime opportunity. Laser tag and all of the water slides were so cool! The Broadway shows were amazing, felt like we were 42nd st in Manhattan! With the amount of activites, shows & food you could never be bored on the Encore. Norwegian set a new level with this vessel and now everyone else has to try and catch up. And with the Leonardo class launching soon they will be the pinnacle of the cruise industry

We found that the Norwegian Encore has something for everyone of all ages. The entertainment does not focus on just one generation. The food venues offer such a variety of food options including vegetarian and vegan. The extra family activities that this ship has is just amazing! The casino was just the right size and offered a variety of games and slots. Even though the ship is very large it did not seem like a maze to walk from one end to the other, very easy to navigate.

This was the inaugural christening celebration, so of course it was beyond any of our expectations. The ship was incredible and classy. Often we said it reminded us of a Premium Celebrity ship. The service, entertainment and specialty dining we're exceptional! Hello we had Kelly Clarkson perform her biggest hits...how often does that happen?? For a 3 night cruise based on my ship experience and their private island it was my best experience out of my 18 cruises! Totally blew us away!!! Thank you NCL!

This cruise was by invitation only from NCL this class of ships the breakaway plus class has had a new classification in the cruise industry they are no longer lumped in the Contempory Class they are all alone in the Contemporary Plus Class

Stick with the Raspberry Mojitos. The coladas on the island, 1 great, 1 awful. Learn to make good tasting martinis.

If you are a drinker definitely take advantage of the beverage package as a free at see perk it is worth it. If you are a smoker the smoker's lounge is enclosed with no air flowing through and it is on the 8th deck. While in Great Stirrup Cay you can rent the cabana's. There are some that even have bathroom's and beds.

Overall it was a fantastic experience. Absolutely love the shipping staff. The food was fantastic and the entertainment was fabulous! I love going to the private island because you can either relax and do nothing and just lay out on the beach or they’ve got great water sports and other activities to do. I would recommend Norwegian as a great family cruise vacation. Thank you for inviting me to come on your inaugural for the Encore... What a great experience!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end the staff is fantastic and friendly.

Overall we were impressed with the Encore. The staff and service was amazing. I loved the waterfront area and Sugarcane bartenders were so much. The Choir of Man show was excellent and I would highly recommend.
