Review summary
Wow! Wow ! Wow ! I was on the Inaugural Christening celebration. For starters Kelly Clarkson preformed as she is the godmother of this amazing ship! This sailing and event was amazing! I had to pinch myself to make sure this wasn’t just a dream ! The Encore is everything and more . Food did not disappoint. We ate and tried as many places possible in three nights. You can’t go wrong with any of the dining selections. Get ready to have the type of fun you will talk about for years to come because there is no shortage to what you can do onboard. Go carts , water slides, laser tag, shows, or just relaxing on the many decks and areas. Norwegian knocked it out of the park on this one ! The elegant, modern design is over a 5-star experience. Amenities galore! The design and layout very classy and simple. Private island was beautiful and if you want an adrenaline rush i recommend doing the zip line , if not grab a drink and sit back and relax ! Hands down my favorite vacation and i can’t wait to get back on this ship again ! I’d recommend for all ages and recommend as a must !! Thrill. Chill. Encore ! Thank you Norwegian!Embarkation

Waves Pool Bar
Great place to grab a drink to cool off and still enjoy the amazing weather. Fast and friendly drink service! Can make and mix pretty much anything you can think of.
Sugarcane Mojito Bar
Can’t go wrong with a Mojito! Another great place to visit. Friendly and falls in line with all other classy, modern touches the Encore has. Also make sure you get a drink from the bartender Chocolate Cowboy! He makes a perfect drink and everybody’s favorite bartender.
Food Republic
This was my favorite restaurant! Wow! Just wow , we as a group of 4 tried over 10 separate items ! There was not one disappointing dish on the menu! Amazing. Waiters were so friendly and fun.
Savor Restaurant - Main Dining Room
Food was great and so many options to choose from. Loved all the hand washing stations!
The Local
This was our breakfast spot and late night spot. Food was great and hot and fresh. Service was always quick and everyone friendly.

Love me some coffee! Glad it was an option for us Starbucks lovers out there !

Great drinks and service!
Cagney's Steakhouse
Love the classy, elegant atmosphere. Had surf and turf it was delicious. Service was amazing, meal courses came out in perfect timing and presentation was on point. Wine glasses are huge which who wouldn’t love a big glass of wine.
American Diner
Don’t let the traditional burger place fool you! We ate here twice even. Burgers are huge and delicious. Great atmosphere and so yummy.
