It was a nice ship; not too elegant or fancy but clean and excellent staff. The port times need to improve so you can see more of each town visited.

Very nice and elegant main dining rooms; the garden cafe buffet had a good variety of food but become repetitive; not as much seafood as I thought there would be. The Cagney steakhouse was extremely tasty!

Fitness center was packed each morning. In the Atrium they played Deal or No Deal and various fun games on the big screen; however due to lots of people interacting, it was quite noisy.

The Choir of Man was awesome; very entertaining. The Beatles invasion was good and the comedians were good.

My husband is handicap so the room was oversized for wheelchair which made for a nice stay. It also had two chairs which other regular rooms do not.
We saw the Mendenhall Glacier; beautiful; also took the one mile trail to see the waterfall. Downtown was very busy and eating places for supper were packed. I would have preferred getting to Juneau earlier in the day instead of arriving at 2pm-10pm.
Beautiful town. We took the shuttle bus tour but it didn't let us off downtown to shop. We saw lots of countryside scenery but again not enough time at port (7am-12:45pm). Also, Encore has to port at Ward Cove which is a 20 minute drive to downtown where the other ships port at downtown.
It's a beautiful town but again we had horrible times at port (from 8pm to 11:30pm); not enough time to see the town and it was too dark to see anything.
