Overall, we had a great time. NCL does a great job. We wanted to relax and not do too much and we did. You can do as much or as little as you want to do. My only complaint was the pool areas, while they post don't hold chairs and they will remove your items, they never do. I think if they would follow their policy and make people realize it will happen, it would reduce all of the empty chairs while others are walking around looking for them.
Embarkation

Yes, there were lines, but it moved very efficiently, especially if you had submitted all of the paper work ahead of time. The signage for the various lines could have been better
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We loved the food, didn't have a bad meal the entire week. We enjoyed two speciality dining experiences, Cagney's and Q's- the portion sizes were large and a lot of food. The main dining rooms had great variety each night and the food was always hot. It felt that it was freshly prepared. The buffet had a core menu and always had variety for breakfast and lunch.

Entertainment

The Choir of Man was equal to broadway show quality. The other entertainment of The Beatles, mentalist and the two comedians were great too. We enjoyed them very much.
Children's Programs
we did not have children with us

NCL excells in their customer service at all levels. I never felt like I was a number. I felt appreciated and welcomed.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
This was amazing! The ship was at capacity (over 4800 guests) and it was always clean and well kept. You can tell maintenance is done on a regular basis as well.
Cabin / Stateroom

I think this is the best cabin we have had on a cruise. The bathroom was very large for a cruise-it had a double sink and almost a full size shower. The balcony was super nice and we enjoyed sitting out there every day.
Ship tip
Don't take too many clothes, we brought back more than we wore. There is something for everybody on this cruise.
Due to weather we had to dock at Amber Cove, which was perfectly fine. The ship refunded us $16. 54 each due to the change which we were not expecting. Not a lot here unless you want a beach day.
There is plenty to do. We booked an excursion separately, EcoTours-kayak, hike and snorkeling. Be forewarned it says it is an intermediate level, but I think it is a bit more. The kayaks are two person and you paddle for a good 3/4 of a mile there and back. The hike was very easy and fun. The water was cool for me so I didn't snorkel, but my spouse did and he said it was great, but the swim to the 'spot' was further than he expected.
The tender was not very organized and took way longer than was expected. However, part of the problem was passengers not following the instructions. We rented a clamshell and walked to one end only to discover that they were full, we were then asked to walk to the other end, which was a good bit away where there was vacancies. It would be nice to be able to go to a station and find out where there is availability without having to walk from one end of the area to another. The food provided by NCL was really good! Not just burgers and hotdogs.
