Review summary

Overall, had an OK experience. I have never sailed with NCL before, and I will most likely stick with Royal Caribbean after this experience.

Embarkation

Easy to get on the boat, but the reservation process is stuck in the 20th century. Need to wait in multiple lines to reserve everything right when you board. Should all be done through App (which is terrible).

Food and Dining

Buffets and main dining rooms were very good. Main dining room did not have good food.

Onboard Activities

Go Karts and Laser Tag were fun!! BIGGEST ISSUE with this boat is the pool and sun chair areas. Literally had a hard time moving around, as the pool deck is less than 1/3 of the top deck space.

Entertainment

Great shows!!! Especially Kinky Boots and Choir of Man. Game shows were not my fav on this boat (nothing like royal).

Service and Staff

Overall, staff was not happy to be there. Seemed like there is a leadership issue which very much trickles down throughout the staff. Very OK telling the customer they are wrong and NO. Overall, very disorganized and not a ton of staff new about the ship or ship processes.

Comfortable, decent size balcony. Generally clean.

Ship tip

Make sure you book everything right when you get on ship (or you will not be able to do what you want). Do not get internet upgrades. INCREDIBLY SLOW!
