My wife and I returned from a 10 Day Baltic Sea Cruise Aug.10, 2022. We flew from Orlando, FL. To JFK in New York and due to weather missed our connecting flight to Stockholm by five minutes. (only one flight a day to Stockholm) This resulted in us missing our ship departure. We were on the phone with NCL and discussing with Delta our options from 815 pm until 3 am when Delta agreed to re-book us to Helsinski, Finland the ship's third port of call. Since we were unable to leave the airport we slept there on the floor. The flowing evening we boarded a flight to Stockholm with a connecting flight to Helsinski. We arrived in Helsinski a day before the ship and had to spend the night. The following morning we met the ship in port and were required to retake a covid test at a charge of $95.00. Our checked in baggage did not arrive until after our cruise in Orlando, FL. On our return flight from Copenhagen to JFK we were re-booked for our flight to Orlando and spend the night in New York. We were given a voucher for a Hotel and a Cab to take us there. The Cab took us to the wrong Hotel which did not have a shuttle back to the airport. I contacted the correct Hotel who informed me they were booked solid and then I called an Uber to take me back to re-booking. Delta said they had confirmed booking for us and the Hotel was required to provide a room. The Hotel told us no room available and they checked with another Hotel that had a vacancy and provided us with a shuttle there at 11pm. Since we had a flight the next morning at 7am we met the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 am. We did endured a lot on this trip. However, all the ports we visited and excursions we took were outstanding. We would like to take this cruise again and hopefully not have the same experience we had on this one.

I thought there were too many stops and the trip felt rushed. They kept the ship very cold even though we told them that it was cold.

Overall-- there are Hop on/off busses in most of the larger ports. They give great tour info and allow you to choose where you want to go.. We could have taken more of them rather than some of the excursions- but since this was port intensive we wanted to make sure we were in a professional tour group so not to miss anything. I only suggest another sea day to break up the heavy touring- I can't imagine how pooped we'd be if we had done St Petersburg too ! Overall just a fabulous cruise - even tho it was over summer solstice time and some shops etc were closed. More time for shop for goods would have been nice on each tour. We'd do this again.

Everything was great with the cruise, but didn’t help me at all. I would have liked to know about the specific ports in the itinerary, but I usually couldn’t get answers to even simple questions from . I dealt directly with Norwegian. The airport to ship transportation never showed up, I placed a complaint with Norwegian.

Overall, our cruise was excellent and we had a great trip. The food and service were great. The biggest problem was the lack of Internet data. Our plan promised us wifi, but it didn't work.

This was a trip of a lifetime!! It gives you such stunning views of these Countries you’ll never forget!

This was the worst captain ever. The first day the couple down the hall from was removed by men in hazmat suits we should have been notified and maybe told to wear masks as people were already testing positive. Also they should have not allowed everyone serve themselves in the buffet and could have slowed the spread. They certainly had enough crew to service a ship that was at half capacity. Handled extremely poorly!!!

The overall experience suggests this was a "Shakedown" cruise for which we passengers should have been paid rather than paying. Not to have known what European countries would require for entry before the cruise began is derelict on NCL's part. We should be given a rebate much as NCL is offering to its September 3, 2022 Baltic cruise passengers rather than 50% off the next cruise. We feel used and abused. Shame on NCL.

The ship is old and it shows. The food was at best a 7 out of 10. NCL's website was vague and hard to use, with lots of misinformation. The staff was excellent even with some minor language barriers. The performers were among the best I have ever cruised with. The deals I got from you guys made this a no-brainer, but still... how does a cruise ship that has everyone vaxed and boosted, and tested the day before we sailed, end up with more than 200 positive cases?

We love the Caribbean for the warm weather-- we do excursions on each stop- but honestly for us-- the islands are all pretty much the same. Each one will have a BEST EXCURSION- so repeats to each island can be challenging. We haven't done the beaches, so perhaps it's time to start on repeat ports for us. NCL does very well with the excursions and choices.

Delightful ports and the best crew in the business made up for a small, somewhat boring ship and a sadly outdated stateroom.

This was a good, fun trip. Lots of things to do for whatever your taste.

Except for the winds, everything was perfect. The staff went over and above to make us happy. There was one person on staff that made us smile every day, her name is Katherine San Juan.

being upgraded for a minimal cost was all worth it. we got an excellent and spacious cabin, great service from the concierge and the butler from embarkation to debarkation.

Here's why it was almost the cruise that wasn't. NCL did our flights (Never Again). When we got into Houston our flight was canceled. When we called NCL for help we were told we were on our own and we might ask United to fly us into the first port, which was a third of the way through the cruise, even though it was about 24 hours before the sailing. NCL provided no help. We rented a car and drove 1,000 miles over night to make the cruise. After we got to Tampa and got on the ship it was awesome. Super staff and great shore excursions; made for a great time. Now back to the flight department. As we were returning to Tampa, I went to check our party in for the flights. Even though NCL said we all had flights, in fact they hadn't booked flights for one of our people. I called our Concierge about the issue, and he said he'd get it fixed. Which he did as best he could. We all three were at least on the same flight but we didn't set together. Never again will we allow NCL to handle our travel.

Was a last minute change in cruise ships and destinations. The crew made this an excellent journey, they were excellent!

Overall a great cruise with great waiter and bar staff. Great Port of Calls and ship was kept spotless. Hardly any wait times at Restaurants and great evening entertainment!
