Overall I enjoyed my time on the Norwegian Dawn. I just wished there wasnt construction going on while we were on the boat heading home. It was too noisey for me. I enjoyed going to the speciality resturaunts and having fun watching them cook.

Our first cruise, ship was very nice.

clean and well-organized

It was a wonderful experience. However, a few changes would just add more to the experience. Perhaps a free shuttle to and from beach or at least for one of the days. The group I was with also felt the Bermuda days were cut-short, wish we had another day in Bermuda. Everyone missed having the late night dinning option; a buffet just to have a quick bite instead of the sit down restaurant would have been a better option. The $12.00 fee per-day should have been either part of the cruise payment or a very BIG reminder to everyone prior to the start of cruise. I think this was extremely unfair to the families that had five in their party. There should be a cap on that. Children 12 years old and under should NOT be included in that fee &/or a party of 4 or more from the same family (by home address not group). Some families had to pay an additional $ 500.00!! The alcohol waitress/waiters got a bit annoying coming up constantly asking if you needed a drink (later finding out they are on commission) that got a bit too much. But always friendly and polite regardless However, all the / waiters and waitresses / room service (all the customer service) were the best, polite, friendly, accommodating and very sweet!! Would go-back !!!

Awesome time! My first cruise and my son and I had a wonderful time. Your staff are incredably hard working people - I do not know how they remembered my name - but very impressive. I am looking forward to saving for another cruise.

The ship was always kept in immaculate condition during our stay. The entire staff was very attentive and responsive to our every need.

A great cruise out of boston ( very convenient ) that i would highly reccomend.

food excellent, shows great, other entertainment great. service in rooms and at dinning excellent. been on other cruises and this was a very relaxing cruise ship with its freestyle theme.

The ship was beautiful and clean. The staff friendly and always helpful. The entertainment was fun. The food was always great. a nice verity of foods. Overall very relaxing. The pool area was a little crowded some days but not an issue. I must say I got a little spoiled.

LOVED SITTING ON THE BALCONY IN OUR ROOM SIPPING WINE WHILE SUNSETTING AND SUN RISING IN THE MORNINGS AVING ROOM SERICE EATING BREAKFAST THE SHIP WAS CLEAN,LOTS OF SANITATION STATIONS AND PAPER TWOEL PROVIDED WHEN LEAVING REST ROOM TO USE ON THE EXITE HANDLE. CABIN RESERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND COURTEOUS SMMOTH CRUISNG AND WELL BUILT SHIP WITH LOTS OF AMENTITIES AND THINGS TO DO ESPECIALLY BEING LATITIUDE MEMBERS

don't like 'freestyle cruising' service not as good as should be!

The ship is small with a very small swimming pool, the drinks are very expensive. the buffet is horrible, food over cooked and dry

I wasn't impressed with the ship. After hearing so much about the renovations, etc. I was a little disappointed. I thought it could have been clearer as to what elevator takes you where, I think the food at the restaurants you didn't have to pay for was just okay. The same thing night after night and morning after morning wasn't great. I thought the bathrooms that were on the pool deck and some of the ones on the other decks were disgusting - very dirty and most of the time out of order. I thought the elevators were extremely slow.

I was told by your company that there would be a 70.00 on board credit. NCL knew nothing about it and i did not get a voucher for it.

Overall NCL has a fantastic cruise would rcecomend NCL cruising

Very clean.

Overall the DAWN was a nice ship. However, our stateroom was a tad dirty.

Loved the activitys on board the food was amazing the crew was awesome made the experience that much better.

something to do for all ages

The ship was great and the staff was all super - I loved sending my boys to the teen center they had a great time.
