Overall the DAWN was a nice ship. However, our stateroom was a tad dirty.

Staff in the restaurants were wonderful. Very friendly and did a great job. The staff at the service desk were very rude.

The bathroom was dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken. A temporary fix was put into place when I complained, but when the toilet paper spun to come out, the entire roll kept falling out.

Was disappointed that the festival wasn't taking place this year during our visit.
