The boat needs refurbishing.

the ship was dirty the people never smiled or said hello to you unless you spoke to them the food was not very good and they did not have many vegetarian foods the buffet was always the same never changed so it was the same stuff all week could not get in the dinning with out a wait of at lest a haft hour or more I will never sail on this boat ever again

2 years ago was great not this time

Ship condition was good except broken vanity in cabin. Food was average and dining staff was slow at times. Casual dining seemed strange with some guests wearing jeans and others in tuxedos and gowns.

good but the murals didn't fit the ship

Calm sailing

The ultimate family vacation. 3 days in Bermuda. No rushing. Kids can have freedom and adults can get some time too. Really enjoyed putting away the digital world and spending time with the family, especially to recap the day at dinner

Amazing cruise 🚢! I had so much fun sailing with this ship, I think you will enjoy it 😉 The food was perfect, the rooms were really nice and very affordable! I honestly love to sail Norwegian, looking forward for my next trip on the Bliss!

Mostly good

would like a bit more of a dress code for the main dining rooms the waiters and waitresses were dressed so professionally and their service was just wonderful. to seesome people come in with shorts, tee shirts and flip flops bothered me. just my opinion.

Very clean. Our cabin was always freshened up for us. Pablo was fantastic. Food very good, especially in the specialty restaurants. Especially like Cagney's. Entertainment was great. Didn't like the smoke in the casino so I stayed away.

We recently sailed on the NCL Dawn, while the ship was older, it was still in good condition. The layout of the ship had something to be desired, because we felt like we were constantly running from one side to the other for dinner and shows...although this may not be a bad thing since I only gained 2 lbs. The entertainment was great! we took in every show Jose and Patti did, including the Neil Diamond tribute! The Variety show was hysterical, especially the human fountain! We ate in the Venetian and Aqua most nights, the food was fabulous, but the service was a little on the slow side if we wanted to take in an early show. We ate in the Garden Caf and enjoyed the early morning Rooster call! We would recommend this cruise, it was nice going out of Boston, no airfare costs. Bermuda was beautiful and the island people were very friendly and helpful. We used the Bermuda bus and ferry to get around the island and it worked out very well. Would like to go again, as you cannot see everything in one trip!

This was our first cruise, taken for our honeymoon. It was fabulous. We can't wait to do it again!

Recently cruised to Bermuda on the Dawn. The ship was fantastic. As a frequent cruiser on NCL, I was not disappointed. The ship was clean, the staff was great. The menu's in the main dining room had various choice's sure to please anyone. Cagney's Steakhouse was fantastic. Our mini suite with balcony was spacious enough for 4,a tub in the bathroom, now that's a plus!!! Oh, and the complimentary robes, great. Our cabin steward was great, always helpful, cheerful, and certainly can make towel animals. He knew each of us by name, and always had a smile and greeting for us. I am already looking for my next cruise.

Fantastic Value. Very Clean. Plenty to do. The UB Package is worth the $$$.
