Overall we had a good cruise . From the inconvenience of no safe to bad weather missing two ports. We love ship life ,the ship was very nice and clean . Food was good and drink were stout when we passed up Cozumel . The Captain showed good judgment passing up docking in high winds.

This Bar was my Hang Out . It always had good music and the best waiters. My favorite server was Desiree, she took extra care in keeping the Liquor flowing. We had fun.

Pool & hot tubs were nice , drinks were very good The Spa was great except for the hard sell of products after the massage.

Waiters at the pool area were hard to find , had to go to the very crowded bar many times and wait forever to get a drink. Now the wait Staff in Gatsby Champaign bar were very good , never waiting for drinks . Desiree was Great , she made me forget my room issues.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was very nice and clean, BUT the more safe was broken and had been for a while! No one seemed to care ! This was bad ! We had to care every valuable thing we owned the entire cruise . Very inconvenient, we are use to only carrying our room key. No one cared!
Ship tip
Bring a little pad lock and or a locking bag or box . we found out there were close to 200 non working room safes on board.
We like Costa Maya shopping village . But will never venture to thru beach town again . Scary the locals along the beach walk are too aggressive, they will grab you by the arm and pull you into their shop to buy. I was offered prostitution and drugs twice . Got in a cab and went back to the port village. Never again !
We had a very good time here ,shopping was small but the Pool is Big and Free . The drinks were small and expensive at the swim up. Best Deal is "Cat Five" a short walk away .They serve $20. very large frozen drinks in a souvenir cup with a unlimited $10. ea. Refill ,bring that to the pool.
