Over all a wonderful experience just needs a couple of tweaks to make the experience amazing ! Fix the WiFi connection for paying WiFi guests !

They were really organized and made the boarding process really easy . They took our bags before even entering the termanix’s and there was a staff member at every corner/ stairway to direct us to the correct location .

While I have no complaint with the specialty resteraunts or main dining room, the buffet left much to be desired . There was no cheese/ bread crumbs for the salad bar. When asked for cheese/ bread crumbs the staff accommodated after about a 30 minute wait. The food was bland with no flavor and cafeteria food at the schools tastes better . For dinner they had a portion of the buffet for Indian food only. I am a bit confuse why this group was catered to but other groups were not IE Spanish , Asian . American .
Hot dogs and hamburgers are an American dish but so is lasgena , meat loaf , etc . Todd in the garden cafe buffet was horriable !
Onboard Activities

Pool could not accomodate the amount of guests in the ship . The indoor pool / hot tubs were nice . The elements show was the best show I have seen in a while up there with cirque de sol . There was a library with easy access and books in multiple languages . This was very nice.
How ever the WiFi connect was more than lacking . It didnt work half the time . The excuse I was given was that there was no router near our state room . Suggesting they knew of the problem before selling the unlimited internet package at 200.00 per person . I expect it to work a little better than that for that price. If your interior state rooms Do not have access to router upgrade you equpitment so that people paying that price can access it . Suggestion for people paying this incredibly high price for internet access create a separate system then the other one . Internet guy says I don’t work for Norwegian . He has no boss to talk to . If he is in charge of data than someone should be over seeing him .

For the most part all were helpful and happy to assist. The wait staff in the main dining room , the Italian specialty dining need to work on speed of service and keeping glasses full .

Our cabin Stewart kept are room clean and comfortable I loved the balcony , leaving the door open to her the ocean was amazing ! Only suggestion widen the toilet door just a couple inches. It was a little claustrophobic .
We did the Mayan temple tour and beach trip . Next time I will opt out of that and spend time at the port itself . The pool and shops I would have enjoyed visiting had their been more time .
Excursion was ok but felt much like cattle being herded from one place to another.
We went on the fishing excursion ! The boat capitan was amazing checking to make sure everyone was taken care of . There were no hidden charges or expectation from the captain. He provided everything the guests required including unlimited bait. EVERYONE caught a fish ! The port waS beautiful and clean even got to eat lunch with an iguana . I also appearciated the mini zoo on the island to see the wild life native to the area.
This port was not finished when we visited . The dock felt unsafe and a lot of construction equpitment around . However that being said . The under water excursion was awesome they even let us snorkel and provided all of the supplies necessary for that as we waiting our turn in line . It lists 90 min underwater tour it was more like 30 and snorkeling . ( not complaining about that but that’s the truth) would have loved to get the photographer to take some under water photos of snorkeling and after paying 60 dollars for Photos preferred my photos to be sent to me individually instead of in a group email .
AMAZING ! We did the ATV tour followed by the beach . The ATVs were in good working order and the guide was informative and valises safety of the guests .
