Review summary

We had a great time and will cruise with NCL again. The staff are great and we particularly enjoyed the Moderno restaurant.

Okay, we had to wait every step of the process, including getting the key. NCL employees were pleasant, but the process took a long time.

Moderno restaurant and staff were fantastic. Venetian food preparation was an issue on day one, but fine at the end of the cruise.

Fitness center was great, but hot tubs should not have kids in them.

Some of the shows were very good (Elements). Not enough activities for 18-20 year olds.

Moderno staff was great, and our room steward Machad and butler Seka were fantastic.

Well maintained in most areas. Sliding glass doors opened very slowly.

The only downside was the lack of ventilation in the king bed area when the partitions were in place.
