Enjoyed cabin and islands. Excursions are pricey I recommend getting taxis much cheaper and more tours . I will not use Norwegian again. I enjoy a ship with good food, friendly helpful staff, activities and multiple pools. Norwegian is not the line for me.

Buffet was disgusting, no taste. Non helpful non friendly buffet staff. Main dining room much better food but again unfriendly staff, took FOREVER to get our food. Specialty same quality as main dining room, little better in being friendly.
Onboard Activities

The one and only pool naturally was over crowded. I felt the life guard too over bearing in his presence I felt like I was an inmate. The kid pool was closed entire trip and I had my 3 year old grand daughter who had no other pool for her.

Room stewards did a good job, the waiters, were not smiling and acted like they didn’t want to be there. The front desk was , other than the tall black man, acted as if I was an inconvience to them. I was not informed about my pkgs of specialty dining , how it works nor need to make reservations prior to sailing. I was not made aware of my excursion pkg. I thought I only had 1 port I was not made aware I had opportunity for excursion in every port until a guest at the pool Informed me on the last day.

Don’t use this ship if you want activities , hsve kids, or want good food with good service and smiling faces
Been on the Dawn 5 times. I keep going back because of the wonderful crew and ship size. Not knowing your perks is unexcuseable.

Research your ship before booking!! Biggest mistake is booking without seeing the onboard activities and YouTube has several videos posted so your own fault if you expect 2 pools with slides
